This is the sequel to the Prince and His Girl. Lila and Tobi have finally made it back to Aruyios, but this was not exactly how Tobi had pictured it. Instead of being welcomed back with a royal fanfare and his loving mate by his side, they are sneaking back in under the cover of night. Lila is hanging on by a thread, just getting through a normal day is becoming a chore. How will she handle a court full of werewolves, the human girl was now a princess and was going to need to learn quickly who her real friends are. Meanwhile the some of the neighbouring packs refuse to acknowledge a human as their princess, especially when barely a day goes past without an explosive fight between Lila and Tobi being leaked to the press. The royal throne has always been held by a Rostov and their mate, if Prince Tobias cannot earn Lila’s forgiveness and quickly he runs the risk of losing his birth right.
This is Part one of two. Warning… This story deals with death and loss, bad things happen to good people unfortunately. After Tobias’ father agrees to hold off the arranged marriage for twelve more months, the young prince sets out on a mission to find his true love and mate at any cost. Dropping out of high school Lila decides it’s time to see the world, but when her fathers assistant Tobi lets slip he will also be leaving for Lenweil, Lila can’t decide if she is happy about it or not. But seemingly sleepy town of Lenweil holds a dark history of its own
Natalie and Ezra seemingly live the perfect life together, friends throughout their wild twenties. They eventually realised ten years later that they were the perfect pair, settling down together within the first few months of dating. Why wait? They had been friends for a decade, what else was there to know about each other? Five years late Natalie is starting to find her perfect life stale. She has the job, the house and partner. But Ezra works away, leaving Natalie to ponder alone whether it is time to start a family with an absent partner. The hours spent in couples therapy are getting them no where, and after a night of heavy drinking with her girlfriends Natalie wakes the next morning with the worst headache and no recollection as to how she ended up back at her parents place. In her old bedroom none the less.
